Do you have a minimum charge for your services?

We charge $150 per hour for the first hour of service and $87.50 per hour after that.  We also offer half day and full day rates as well

What types of services do you offer?

We offer a wide range of services, with anything and everything inside of your home, we do however want to keep safety in mind when we are working with things like electrical, plumbing, and natural gas.  

Do you offer emergency services?

We do, our drop-everything-and-come-now price is $350 for the first hour, and $95 per hour after that.

How do I book an appointment with your handyman service?

You can request a booking through our online portal or feel free to give us a call, email or text message!

What are your hours of operation?

Normal Hours are 9am-10pm, unless there is an emergency.

Do you serve a specific geographic area?

We are located in Spokane Valley, however we are willing to drive within a 30 mile radius, Think most of Spokane County, WA and Kootenai County, ID.

Do you offer warranties or guarantees on your work?

We pride ourselves on getting it right the first time or we'll make it right.

How do you handle payment?

We offer the convenience of credit cards through our Jobber website, however we do accept cash and checks.

Do you have insurance?

We are fully license bonded and insured.

Do you have any promotions or discounts currently available?

Not currently, however ask about our military discount for veterans and active members of our armed forces.

Do you provide estimates or quotes before starting work?

We do, either via text or email.  We want to set your expectations and you'll have everything up front.

Do you have any specialties or areas of expertise?

We can do it all, but we enjoy finish carpentry, cabinets and interior trim the most.

How do you handle unforeseen problems that may arise during a project?

Communication is key, if anything should occur during our project we'll communicate with you right away.
